What's in my member dashboard?

Session notes, video content, downloadable PDFs, audio resources, your remaining hour balance and your upcoming appointments, all organised in one place.

Do my hours expire?

No. Your hours do not expire and you can take breaks when you need to. For the TEF and TCF program, hours stay active until you complete the program.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Sessions can be moved or cancelled at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations are deducted from your hour balance.

Can I pause my program?

Yes. The TEF and TCF program can be paused when you need it. For other programs, write to me and we'll find the best solution for your situation.

How do I access my video content?

All videos, PDFs and audio resources are in your member dashboard after you log in, organised by module and updated as your program progresses.

Is there a transaction fee?

A 2.9% processing fee applies to monthly billing payments. This is the payment processor's standard fee. All prices are shown before tax.
