Your dashboard gives you access to session notes, video content, downloadable PDFs, audio resources, your remaining hour balance, and your upcoming appointment scheduleall organized in one place.
No. Hours do not expire. You can take breaks at your own discretion. For the Permanent Residence program, hours remain active until completion of the full program.
Sessions can be moved or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Late cancellations will result in a deduction of the session hours from your balance.
Yes. The Permanent Residence / TEF Canada program can be paused at your discretion. For other programs, contact us and we'll work out the best solution for your situation.
All videos, PDFs, and audio resources are available directly from your member dashboard after login. Content is organized by module and updated as your program progresses.
